PVC insulated non sheathed single core cables for internal wiring.
Cable Structure:

Manufactured from bright-annealed 99.97% pure bare copper.
Insulation:
- The bunched conductors are insulated with specially formulated FR PVC compound with a high insulation resistance value.
- Process is carried out on high speed extrusion line which ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Flame retardant properties enable the cable to withstand overloads.
- The insulation is resistant to boiling water, steam and vapors.
- Longer flex life.
- This prevents ageing and cracking in kitchens, and chemical industries.
Colours:
- Red, Yellow, Blue, Black, Green and Grey.
Standard packaging:
- 90 Meters and 180 meters' pack in protective cartons.

-15°c to maximum +70°C

These cables are used for wiring domestic and commercial buildings. The multi strand / solid conductors make it ideal for concealed wiring. It is suitable for installation in lighting fittings and appliances up to 1100 v (A.C)

B. SAMPERG-FRLS Flame Retardant Low Smoke
PVC insulated non sheathed single core cables for internal wiring. IS ideal for wiring solutions in multi-storied buildings, hotels, hospitals, commercial establishments and residential complexes. It is shielded by a specially formulated flame retardant PVC compound. During fire, ordinary PVC emits black smoke and toxic fumes which are acidic in nature. This impairs visibility and hampers rescue operations. FRLS insulation retards spread of fire and emits minimum smoke and toxic gases, thereby reducing the risk of injury.

C. SAMPERG Zero Halogen Flame Retardant compound (ZHFR)
ZHFR insulated non sheathed single core cables for internal wiring The insulation is of superior quality, 100% PYC free and eco friendly. In fire situationZHFR does not emit toxic or poisonous fumes, which enables safe evacuation. These wires are best suited for wiring in hospitals, hotels, business establishments and high rise buildings where fire can be detrimental.
